At work: I am a Partner in the Corporate, Finance and Recovery Department at Tollers. All members of the team focus purely on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, buy ins and buy outs and debt and equity financings.
Why: The East Midlands has a number of innovative and expanding businesses. Eventually they will need some form of further finance and obtaining it can often be confusing and a drain on management time. Our experience and pragmatic approach enables us to guide clients through the process with minimal fuss and disruption to their business.
