Sustain East Midlands

Event Type: Seminar

Location: Holywell Park Sir Dennis Rooke Building Loughborough University

On the 25th June 2008, 'Sustain: East Midlands' will bring together thought-leaders, practitioners, investors and entrepreneurs for a day of informed discussion and debate. The event is sponsored by The Carbon Trust, Connect Midlands, E-Synergy and East Midlands Development Agency (emda).

The event is a one day showcase with lunch where the most exciting investment-ready sustainable technology enterprises will present to investors, high net-worth individuals and professionals who are experienced at brokering corporate finance deals.

Ten pre-screened sustainable technology companies will pitch for their next round funding. Each company is allowed ten minutes to present their product offering, business model, and to demonstrate how they can return a profit for the investors in the audience. During the event, investors and companies will have ample time to network at exhibition stands and over lunch.
