The answer is that she has spent the past two years or so away from the mainstream media spotlight, working in the small business sector inspiring, motivating and helping entrepreneurs - through speaking at business events, consultancy and mentoring.
Rachel held an audience of 150 entrepreneurs, investors and professionals spell bound as she recounted with real honesty the highs and lows of running a high growth business from start up to boom to bust.
31 separate businesses also entered the Elevator Pitch Competition. The recorded pitches were reviewed by our panel of judges:
