I have had first-hand experience in running SMEs, starting-up companies from scratch and spinning out technology companies from Universities involving business planning, fund raising, marketing and most importantly sales planning.

I bring my experience to bear by working closely with senior management as a ‘friend to the business’, coaching, mentoring, diagnosing, problem solving and then helping you to implement long lasting solutions that increase productivity, improve profitability and enable growth.

I have coached senior executives in a range of industries spanning manufacturing, distribution and service and hold a degree level award in Strategic Coaching, accredited by the CMI, the IOD diploma in Company Direction as well as other mentoring and management awards. I am a qualified EMDA High Growth Coach.
