At work: I manage the business support services provided under contract to emda’s HighGrowth East Midlands programme. We work with a small number of selected growing companies to help them retain or increase their rate of growth. We also provide support for companies that display a potential for growth, but need help to overcome barriers to progress.

Why: High Growth companies have a disproportionately significant effect on the creation of wealth – they tend to create the most new jobs and stimulate prosperity throughout the region. It is important to the region that they receive intensive support to sustain and/ or create competitive edge, and contribute to the region’s success.

The Company: Pera is an international technology based consulting and training group which helps clients to innovate their products and processes, develop their people and grow their business.
