The Company: EM Media is the Regional Screen Agency for the East Midlands, one of a network of nine agencies covering the country. Our core mission is to place media at the heart of the creative economy of the East Midlands. We believe that media is essential to the cultural and economic growth of the region and are committed to delivering cultural and economic success on an international scale.
We work in complete harmony with a range of partners, locally, nationally and internationally. We secure finance, nurture and develop talent and invest into enable success – all with the aim of developing the film, games, TV and interactive sectors across the East Midlands region.
Over the past five years we have energised the creation of a national profile for the East Midlands as a film-led region through investment in talent, product and by attracting major film productions to the region to shoot. As a result the film scene in the East Midlands is dynamic and increasingly confident on the world stage.
