At work: Phil McCauley is a serial entrepreneur. He started his own business at the age of 21 in music licensing. His second business floated on the New York stock exchange and Phil became an angel investor. He serves on the board of a number of companies and is a partner in SMSK Limited. Phil is industrial fellow of Nottingham University and holds a masters degree in politics and social philosophy. At work Phil is now focused on developing a portfolio of early growth companies with a mixture of funding requirements. Phil looks for scaleable opportunities with a dynamic management team.
