At work: I help new & existing businesses to achieve their ambition, working with entrepreneurs, investors, funders & professionals to build good propositions, solve problems, develop growth potential, and on acquisitions, mergers and sale. My background is in finance, strategy, organisation & operations, setting up new ventures and on integration to achieve profit potential.  I have chaired the Growth Investment Network in the East Midlands since it was launched in 2004 to develop more prosperous businesses in the region. 

Why: I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and management teams taking on the challenge at each stage of the life cycle of a business.
