Tender applications sought for:
Financial Services Provider
Subject to agreement of a funding contract from the East Midlands Development Agency (emda), Growth Investment (GI) requires a financial services provider for the period from 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2012.
The required services fall into 3 elements:
i) Bookkeeping (est. 4 hours per week)
ii) Monthly management accounts including forecasting and submission of funding claims to emda
(est. equiv. 1 day per month)
iii) Annual Accounts
This contract will be linked to the terms of the contract between GI and emda.
Responsibilities in respect of bookkeeping and management accounting will include attendance at regular operational meetings.
Regular updates and reports to the chairman and attendance at board meetings by the management accountant are required.
The bookkeeper and management accountant will work closely with the operational services provider.
The selected contractor(s) will provide working offices, meeting facilities, equipment, any necessary support and cover operating expenses.
Contract payment(s) will be by way of a base monthly sum.

Applications should be by letter stating a separately tendered figure for each of the 3 elements of the contract and enclosing a cv of key personnel.
Assessment will be made on value for money against funding available from emda.
