Browne Jacobson achieves top rankings in Chambers UK 2010

Browne Jacobson has enhanced its credentials as a leading law firm according to independent legal ‘bible’ Chambers UK 2010 which ranks law firms and lawyers in 70 specialist areas of the law.
In the latest edition, launched this week, the firm was ranked first or second for 14 of the 24 practice areas in which it is listed. Last year it was ranked first or second in 12 practice areas.
In the East Midlands the firm was ranked the best in five key practice areas including Corporate Finance. Chambers UK also rates individual lawyers and once again a record number were rated as ‘leaders in their field’ in this year’s directory. Of the 38 rated individuals 24 are based in the firm’s Nottingham office and includes Corporate Finance Partners Gavin Cummings and Nigel Blackwell.
